What type of food should you expect?

Restaurant food - "healthified" and macro counted

Delivery is daily (Mon - Fri for 4 weeks, breakfast / lunch / dinner); food is cooked just before dispatch and packed in an insulated cooler box with ice packs

Is the food "diet food"?

Not in the usual sense of the word (bland, tasteless, restrictive).

It is gourmet food cooked from scratch using these principles:

- avoiding unnecessary oils and just allowing the food to have its fat content from the main ingredients (meat, cheese, coconut milk, avocado, nuts)

- everything being made fresh in house (all our sauces, nut butters and dressings, including our curry pastes are blended / ground daily - you will be able to notice this as the vibrant colours on your plate will speak for themselves)

- quality over cost; we choose the best ingredients and it shows in every meal. One has to try to be able to taste the difference between us and every other provider they have tried
